This English version is provided for convenience. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

You can use this form to cancel your contract with CheapTopHost quickly and easily online (§ 312k German Civil Code, BGB). You do not need to log in to the customer area.

The information we need

• Name – first and last name or company name of the contract holder
• Email address – we will send the confirmation to this address
• Customer number and/or contract – e.g. your customer number, the contract or order number or the domain concerned, so that we can clearly identify the contract
• Type of cancellation – ordinary cancellation or extraordinary termination (for extraordinary termination, please state the reason)
• Desired date – a specific date or "at the next possible date"

What happens next

1. Fill in the form and click "Cancel now".
2. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email with the content of your cancellation and the date and time it was received.
3. We review your cancellation and then let you know the date on which the contract ends.

Ordinary cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. Please back up your data in good time: hosted data is deleted after the contract ends. If you want to keep your domains, please let us know so that we can provide the auth code for a transfer.
